The veterinary hospital where I am employed was recently bought out by a corporation, and I was presented with revisions to my employment contract and other documents to sign. I have always been aware that one should never sign a contract without having it reviewed by an attorney, and in this case I really didn’t understand some of the language so I felt it was especially important. However, my personal attorneys are not specialized in these sorts of contacts so I searched the web and one name kept popping up and highly recommended — Chelle Law — and I contacted them. My inquiry was handled promptly, a consultation was scheduled, and I had a very productive conversation with Mr. Chelle after he had taken the time to review my documents. Mr. Chelle was very personable, but also very knowledgeable about health professional contracts, and he helped me understand portions of the contact that needed explaining, and identify language that I should not agree to. I am 100% satisfied with the advice and service I received, and would use Mr. Chelle again for any future contact review and I recommend him to any health professional who needs a contract reviewed.
I am a new grad Physician Assistant in NJ. Before starting my first job and signing off on my employment contract, I found the Chelle Law Firm website through a quick Google search. They were quick to schedule a 1-hour phone call between myself and Mr. Rob Chelle (the owner) that met my needed schedule. Mr. Chelle answered all questions I had, reviewed the contract with me, and made a few suggestions to help improve the existing contract. With his assistance I was able to get the contract revised to better meet my needs. The Chelle Law firm was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about NJ State laws. I would recommend their services to any new healthcare professional looking for assistance with contract reviews since trying to figure out the legal details can be pretty overwhelming! They are reasonably priced for the service that they provide, knowledgeable in state laws and will make you feel comfortable before you sign off on your very first employment contract.
Mr. Chelle did a great job of reviewing my contract. He had some solid advice regarding negotiations and even allowed a second phone call regarding my contract negotiations. He helped me word my contract negotiations as well to ensure I asked for the right things. He also brought to my attention things I hadn’t considered. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience getting my PA contract reviewed by Chelle law and their lawyer. They were very organized, got back to me super fast, scheduled my call with the lawyer and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions during our virtual talk. He also sent me a review of everything we talked and points I should consider to negotiate and ask about my contract. I highly recommend for those trying to review their PA/NP/MD contracts. Being a new Nurse Practitioner and receiving a contract from my first employer was overwhelming. I researched an attorney that reviewed contracts for Nurse Practitioners, and that is when I found Chelle Law. Other customer reviews I found about this office helped me to choose this office to review my contract. What I was looking for was someone to help me understand the language of my contract. I contacted the office, and I immediately knew that I wanted to hire Rob as my attorney. Rob assured me that he would review the agreement and provide me with his review of the contract. The transaction of hiring him to review my contract was almost effortless. They wanted a copy of my contract to set the price. I received a phone call with the price almost immediately. I was asked when I would like this transaction to occur and was surprised that it could have happened the next day, but I wanted a few days to review the agreement to have all of my questions written down to be reviewed. I was given a date and time when Rob would call, and he was right on time. Time is valuable to all. When Rob called me, he went through the entire contract explained to me what the agreement was saying in a language that I understood. The conversation lasted an hour, during which I did not feel rushed through the conversation. Rob thoroughly answered all my questions. He provided me an email with his review that I could use to reference the questions I had about the contract. Rob then stated that if I received clarification of my questions of the agreement via email and I had further questions for him to contact him, he would help me understand their response and was included in the fee for service. I asked the questions of my future employer, and the answers I received were in a language I understood. I signed the contract, and I am now on my way to my first job as a Nurse Practitioner. I feel confident I made the right decision for my professional career thanks to the help I received from hiring Rob as my attorney. This office exceeded my expectations, and I am happy with this entire experience. The office is delightful and very responsive to emails. I sought Rob Chelle’s expertise in reviewing my physician employment contract. I found his law office to be very quick to respond and very helpful in setting up the meeting which occurred online. I found his comments, suggestions, and review of the contract/ job benefits to be extremely helpful, especially to a first time contract negotiator. I am a J1 Physician finishing my pediatric residency in the United States. Mr Rob Chelle was AMAZING in going over my employment contract review. I was referred a lawyer by my resident union, who I found to be brash, rushed and did not take the time to explain the process to me. In contrast Mr Chelle was very detailed, went through the contract page by page with me. He and his team were very explicit about fees, which were a one time charge, and checked in with me after the fact. I would recommend Mr Chelle for all medical residents starting a new job needing contract review but especially J1 immigrants who are not sure of US law.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Renee Osipov and the Chelle law team. As a new graduate, it can be very difficult navigating employee contracts, let alone finding a law firm who takes the time to really read and go into detail the pros and cons of an employee contract. I found Chelle law through a quick google search and when I saw how committed the firm was to educating healthcare workers about their employee contracts, I knew I wanted to work with them. The front desk was very prompt at answering my phone call, emailing me, and making sure my scheduling was organized, which I appreciate because prior to calling Chelle law, I called a few other local firms who did not answer their phones. Once Renee called me, she had already ran a fine tooth comb over my 17 page contract, something that took me days to read myself. She gave me her honest first impression, which I really appreciated. We then went over each clause one by one and she made sure I understood everything. When I asked her questions, she was extremely receptive and answered everything and did not brush me off. She also gauged my understanding and made sure to digest the legal jargon in a way that was absorbable and easy to follow for me. We had a 1 hour long conversation, wow! The attention to detail was great! She wrote some notes for me so that I could type up an email response to my employer as well. She also was very quick in sending me any other feedback I needed. I cannot recommend Chelle law enough and i will definitely be referring Chelle law to all of my colleagues.

Mr. Chelle recently assisted in an employment contract review. As I was transitioning from a decade of Locums/PSA contracts, I wanted someone knowledgeable of the employment contract as a guide. Reviews online led me to forward an enquiry to the office, which sent a next day response with organized structure regarding their process. I was able to send the contract and myriad questions, all of which answered during our full contract review phone conversation a few days later. I was debating on buying a subscription to the MGMA data to negotiate my wRVU rate and just looking over the contract myself. Mr. Chelle has access to all the benchmark data and is knowledgeable on negotiations so I decided to take advantage of his experience and was glad I did. I would get him on board early in the process because it is alot less awkward to negotiate right up front. Recruiters are not bad people but not necessarily knowledgeable and will politely make you feel like you are being more particular with the contract than anyone in the past has been, and you should just go ahead and sign it as is. Nice to have someone in your corner to be objective and reassure you what is reasonable without just being a “Yes man” either.. I was shocked how easy it was to get everything I wanted when you can back up what you’re asking for by benchmark data and knowledgeable advice. Glad I didn’t go with the online reviewer for cheaper since I had to ask him follow up advice on two or three occasions. Staff was very polite and responsive as well. Nice to see a company with good customer service. Last thing you want to do is to start off a job with a negative attitude because you felt uncomfortable to address the things you wanted to – I think Mr. Chelle made the process alot easier.

I used Chelle law for a physician contract review this January. I am highly satisfied and will recommend. The price was VERY reasonable and flat rate rather than paying hourly for my 1000 questions. He answered those questions with good examples and comparison’s that really helped me understand what the contract meant. He answered my follow up calls and questions promptly and even offered the option to send revisions to the employer. Thankfully this was not necessary as my contract was pretty straightforward and employee-friendly however this would have made a world of difference to someone who needed revisions. He was very responsive and able to answer all my questions. Highly satisfied.

Chelle Law did a great job! Last year he helped me get my fingerprint security clearance card due to having a background from out of state. Although unfortunately my previous job did not take me back as I would have hoped I have the option to work elsewhere in the medical field now. The process was took less than a couple months from what I can recall. All I know is he is affordable and they do all the work for you while you sit back and relax! Great communication from the staff too!

When I set out to attempt to get an initial nursing license despite having multiple legal issues from partying as a younger adult, someone told me Robert Chelle was THE attorney to hire. Many other people told me, “have a backup plan.” I never had a backup plan, so it was extremely important for me to obtain a nursing license. I made the decision early on that I would not go before the board alone. I knew from a past experience that dealing with licensing boards while representing oneself was risky. I failed to obtain a real estate license, representing myself. Unsure where to turn after that, I decided to head back to school for nursing, which had been my dream career. I previously believed it was unavailable to me and gave up 16 years ago. With Mr. Chelle’s help, I was able to realize that dream: I am an RN today with a promising career ahead of me.
